Mr. Puma heads up the Strategic Business Development initiative for the Energy Project Finance Group for M-Core Credit. His focus is on developing and implementing finance programs for State Energy Agencies and Utility Companies. He also supports numerous individual projects in the region.

Mr. Puma brings in-depth experience to this position having developed numerous large scale Energy Conservation and Renewable Energy projects and formulated and implemented strategies for various entities in the NY Tri-state area.

As a former CEO of an Emerging Technologies Company for over 20 years as well as an Executive Project Manager for other entities that delivered large scale technology projects throughout the US, today Mr. Puma is focused on providing financing for Energy Efficiency/Conservation and Renewable Energy projects and programs.

With a expert understanding of the Development and Implementation of High Value Energy Projects from design through commissioning for many years, he is currently providing customized finance to Property Owners looking to upgrade their facilities and to developers of Renewable Energy Projects. He has a complete understanding of the dynamics of the financial attributes of these projects that typically include lucrative rebates, tax incentives and enhanced asset value.

Mr. Puma has a thorough understanding of State Rebate/Incentive programs and what is necessary to package and financially facilitate these income generating projects.
